Help Pastor John & Kim, as they recover from their injuries

On July 26, Pastor John Brown was cutting wheat in Fruitland, and was involved in an accident in which the tractor and hay rake ran him over.

We are opening up this GoFundMe on behalf of Pastor John and his wife, Kim, who was also seriously injured in a mowing accident three weeks ago. *They have not asked for this* but with Kim having been in her accident three weeks ago to the day, and Pastor currently incapacitated by his injuries from his accident on 7/26, we have opened this up for them. Please give as you feel lead, to help them offset costs for the in-home care Pastor requires and other medical expenses, as well as any other extra needs that may arise in situations like these. Kim is doing well, but still recovering herself.

Help us bless these two wonderful, selfless people, so that in this time of trouble, they may have one less burden to contend with.

On July 5, Kim Brown, wife of Pastor John Brown, had an artery cut in a mowing accident. Her son was able to tie a tourniquet on her leg to prevent her from bleeding out. She was taken to the hospital in Muscatine, and then airlifted to the UofIHC in Iowa City. Later that night she had surgery to close up the wound. Her recovery is ongoing. She was released from the hospital on July 8.
