Help Partially Paralyzed Dad Cover Medical Bills

Two days before Christmas, after having both a stroke and heart attack within days of each other, my dad was left with little to no use of the right side of his body. It was our hope he would go from the hospital to an in-patient rehab facility to start working on strengthening his right side, but due to his lack of health insurance at the time he was sent home. 

He lives alone. On the second floor of a townhome.

Myself and some family members see that he has eaten each day and is able to move around the second floor using a walker/wheelchair, but as we all work we are unable to provide the full care he needs. 

He will have to pay for the hospital bill out of pocket. And, although he has started on a new insurance plan, with him being unable to work in this time we don't know how long he can sustain paying the monthly insurance bill. For now, the goal is getting a home health aide to care for him every day I am not working until we are able to get him admitted to a rehab facility.
