Parrotzville The Bird Store and Surrender is a wonderful nonprofit place that takes in pet parrots that need new homes. Parrots are the most surrendered type of pet. They are also long-lived and often are left homeless when their owners die. Parrotzville takes in these birds, gives them the care they need and works to rehome them with new families.

Parrotzville is in desperate need of funds to take care of the surrenders who have been entrusted to their care. Birds are expensive to care for. They have specialized food needs, need toys for mental and emotional stimulation, and need lots of attention. Not to mention the cleaning of the cages that’s required. Ensuring these birds stay healthy and happy while they wait for their new families is expensive.
