Help Me Bring Love Is Blind to Film Festivals!
Hi, my name is Parneille Walker, and I’m thrilled to share an exciting chapter in my filmmaking journey with you!
I'm a passionate filmmaker from Northern California. After graduating from California State University, Sacramento, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in TV and film. For years, I’ve worked behind the scenes as a Post Production Supervisor on hit shows like Poppa’s House, Grown-ish, Act Your Age, Mixed-ish, Black Lightning, House M.D., Lincoln Heights, and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
I’ve had the privilege of contributing to projects for major studios such as CBS, Fox, CW, Warner Bros., Paramount, NBCUniversal, MTV, ABC, and Disney. But now, it’s time for me to share my own voice and vision with the world. The entertainment industry has shifted. So I had to pivot and take control of my career and step out and create my own film.
My Directorial Debut: Love Is Blind
This short film is a heartfelt story about love, self-discovery, and second chances—blending comedy and drama while amplifying the voices of strong women and people of color.
I’m beyond proud to share that Love Is Blind has already been accepted into several film festivals nationwide, including Trillvision (Los Angeles), BronzeLens (Atlanta), National Black Film Festival (Houston), Sacramento International Film Festival, Urbanfest 360° (Orlando), and more pending!
