Help Parker get life saving surgery!

Our family adopted Parker from a place where he was ignored and unloved. He would be kept outside in a sunroom all day and night. When he came to our home, he didnt even know his name or how to go up stairs. We brought him home and loved the heck out of him as soon as we met him. Since then, he has learned so much and has definitely gotten used to the lovin' that he gets!
Parker has swallowed something, we arent sure what, and he has an obstruction (blockage) in his intestines. We took him in right away after a night of vomitting and not being able to poop. We got xrays and did a barium swallow and the next step is surgery. If he doesnt get the surgery, we have to put him down.
We make 700 too much a month to qualify for any assistance. We have called local shelters in an attempt to see if we can relinquish him so he can get the surgery he needs even if that means we never see him again but they cant do surgery until next week and he will die before then. We are barely scraping by ourselves and 3500 is just astromical to us.
Parker isnt even two and has only had the pleasure of knowing what a loving family feels like for such a short time. In this time, he has learned so much including how to let a human love you!
We hate to ask for help like this but we wouldnt be doing this unless we were desperate. We dont want to have to put him to sleep.
