Help Pappy Joe

Joe is a good guy!  He has been taking care of his wife with a single income for 15 years.  His wife has Type II diabetes.  Joe was informed in January that he will need hip and knee surgery.  His hip is schedule for later this month.  He is concerned about not having income during his recovery time as well as the unexpected cost that may come up due to his wife's existing condition.   Joe is able to use his sick and vacation time however that still leave about 3 weeks without pay.   The  knee surgery will be slated at a later time as his hip is the worse of the two.  Please help this good guy out.  Any amount is greatly appreciated.
