Papi is a 3-year-old mixed Chihuahua who means more than anything to our family. He’s more than just a dog, he’s family. He’s loving, playful, and brings so much joy into our lives.
Seeing him in this condition has been absolutely heartbreaking.
We’re creating this GoFundMe after an urgent and frightening medical emergency. He is sick right now and that can affect many internal parts of his body, and we had to rush him to the emergency veterinary hospital. He spent hours there receiving critical care.
The veterinary team helped us choose the best possible treatment plan, and we’re incredibly grateful for their care and guidance.
During his stay, he needed bloodwork, urine tests, IV fluids, multiple medications, doctor consultations, and more.
Unfortunately, we did not have pet insurance at the time, which made the cost of this emergency treatment very expensive and overwhelming. This situation was completely unexpected, and we’re now facing significant veterinary bills. We’re asking for help to cover part of these medical expenses so we can focus on Papi’s recovery.

Estamos creando este GoFundMe después de una emergencia médica urgente y aterradora. Actualmente está enfermo, lo que puede afectar muchas partes internas de su cuerpo, y tuvimos que llevarlo de inmediato al hospital veterinario de emergencia.
