Help Papa Richard

My Dad and Mom live on a fixed income which is barely enough to get by each month. He got sick and had to spend time in the hospital and in a rehab facility for 3 weeks. Most of his medicines have a low co-pay, but there are a couple which cost $45. In addition, there is a treatment he received at an infusion center, but they won treat him unless he pays his bill of $2000 there. He struggles to pay for utilities and groceries. Each month his bank account winds up with a negative balance which causes a problem because that gets covered first, and he has to try to make it on whats left. He would be helped if he could start each month with a positive balance rather than 1 or 2 hundred in the hole. If he were also able to start paying a little on his past due bills it would be helpful.
