Help Pancho Walk Again: Urgent Surgery Needed

Pancho is our beloved 5-year-old beagle. We adopted him two years ago after he had been returned to the shelter just five days prior. He wasn’t up for adoption yet, but my son spotted him in a corner; he was the only dog that didn’t jump or bark at him. Pancho chose my son because of his disability; both have a sensitivity to noise, and they complement each other perfectly. In February of this year, Pancho was hit by a speeding car. We took him to the vet, and while he seemed fine initially, we later learned that his spine was bruised, which has negatively affected his health since then. The hospital suggested that surgery is the best option, but we need to pay upfront. Otherwise, we can take him home with painkillers and anti-inflammatory medication, and eventually, we may have to consider euthanasia. We refuse to give up on him, as he has never given up on us. Euthanizing him would be devastating for my son and could worsen his condition. Please help us get Pancho the treatment he needs so he can have a better, long-lasting life with us.
