Help Francisco (Pancho) Get a Life-Saving Liver Transplant

We are Bayshore Plumbers, a dedicated team committed to serving our community with integrity and excellence. Today, we are reaching out for help on behalf of our beloved Operations Manager, Pirir Francisco (Pancho), who is facing a critical health crisis.

Pancho has recently been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis, caused by an autoimmune disease affecting both his liver and kidney function. His condition has rapidly deteriorated, and he urgently needs a liver transplant to survive.

To manage his illness, Pancho is on intense medications and experiencing severe pain, significantly limiting his ability to work, drive, schedule tasks, assist customers, guide construction crews, or manage inspections—the very responsibilities he has passionately carried out for Bayshore Plumbers.

We are launching this GoFundMe campaign to raise $25,000 to support Pancho during this difficult time. These funds will help cover his medical expenses and treatment costs and allow him to make critical decisions about his future—whether to stay in the United States in hopes of finding a compatible liver donor or return to his home country, Guatemala, for treatment.
