Early in the morning, Panache Caffe in Lafayette (by Trader Joes and Oyama Sushi), was robbed by 6 thieves as the female owner was opening up shop. The burglars smashed the glass front door and stormed in. Luckily she was able to hide and was unharmed, but the thieves made off with her money and shop electronics.

The owner, Apple (Chalermwannapha Sampaeng), was understandably very shaken as she was all alone and very frightened. She is so kind, works so hard and helps her family back home in her country of Thailand.

A few of her friends and regular patrons want to help her get back on her feet and would love the support of our Lamorinda neighbors.
