Help Pan Build a Tiny Home and a Future of Healing
Story:
Hi, my name is Pan, and a close friend is helping me share my story.
I’ve lived my entire life with an untreated mental illness (borderline personality disorder). Because of it, I spent seven years homeless—without stability, without safety, and without the chance to rest and rebuild.
Through it all, I’ve kept my health as best I can: I don’t drink, smoke, or use drugs. My challenges have never been about substances, but about finding stability while living with mental illness.
Now, I’m ready to take the next step: building a permanent home. My dream is a tiny house and a reliable truck to haul it. A safe, stable home would mean dignity, healing, and the chance to grow. The total cost is expected to be between $100,000 and $200,000—a big number, but one that represents a foundation for an entirely new life.
With a home of my own, I can focus on the things that bring me joy and purpose:
Cooking – creating and sharing meals as a way to connect with others.
Rescuing feral cats – offering safety and love to animals who know abandonment as I do.
Community service – giving back to the people who have supported me through hardship.
Learning the cello – a lifelong dream, and a way to heal and express myself.
This is about more than a roof—it’s about building a life rooted in health, creativity, and community. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me closer to that dream. If you’re not able to give, sharing this page is also a huge help.
Thank you for believing in me and for helping me move from survival into stability.
