I know that many of you are already contributing to hurricane relief, but our dear friend Pamela Chevalier has been hit hard by the hurricanes that ravaged western Florida.

During Helene, her house and studio were flooded during the storm surge with 4’ of water, and again during Milton. At the present time, we’re unsure of how much more damage was caused by the second storm. Fortunately, Pamela and her partner Terry are in Maryland, where Pamela has her booth at the MD Renaissance Festival, so they were in no danger.

However, she has lost absolutely everything in her house and studio, and the house is uninhabitable. She has no home to go back to, and no studio to work in. We are hoping to raise enough to buy her a small, used trailer or RV here in MD (or in FL, though they are scarce at this time) so they will have something to live in when they return to FL in the next 2 weeks. Then they would be able to assess the situation and move forward.

So, if you or someone you know has an RV, trailer, or camper that you would be willing to rent out, lend, sell, or even give away, that would be a tremendous help!
