Help Pamela Fight Metastatic Colon Cancer

This is our Pamela. She is a supermom to 3 kids (Tristen, Scarlett, and Savannah), a loving wife to Darin, adored by her extended and non-extended family, a cherished friend to SO many, a valued employee at Barking Ranch, a enthusiastic Refit instructor , and a lover of all fur babies. She is a servant of Christ and in all things, seeks Him.
On June 8, 2020, Pamela received the utterly shocking news that she has Stage 4 Colon Cancer. The cancer metastasized to her liver and lymph nodes. She immediately underwent surgery to remove two areas of the colon, appendix, and 5 cancerous lymph nodes. She spent 10 days in the hospital recovering.
On July 8, 2020 her port will be installed, and CT scan performed to see if the cancer has spread in any additional areas. Pamela will begin her chemo journey at MD Anderson in The Woodlands beginning July 20, 2020. For a month she will have chemo treatments for 3 days on and off. After her first round of chemo treatments, she will have another surgery to remove the cancer on her liver and anywhere else if it’s discovered. Once she’s recovered from that surgery, she will then undergo another round of chemotherapy.
For obvious reasons, Pamela cannot work and has relied heavily on her husband to care for her. Darin operates his own business and has not been able to tend to his business due to Covid and now being Pamela’s number one support system and caregiver.
To combat the incoming bills and help support Pamela and her family endure these costs, we have established a GoFundMe to provide any needs: gas, medical, prescriptions, insurance premiums, etc.
