Hello, we're reaching out to you today to ask for your support in helping Pamala (Pam) Burton, a loving Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Neighbor, Neice, Cousin & Friend in her journey to recover from extreme life-saving cancer treatment. She was diagnosed with a rare cancer in her foot, and two weeks ago had to have part of her leg amputated.
Your donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in Pam's life and the lives of her family. Let's rally around Pam during this challenging time and show her that she is not alone in this fight to beat cancer and to live a productive and joyful life after amputation.
About Pam:
Pam is a resilient and life-loving individual who has faced the loss of close loved ones (including her dog in February) yet still finds the strength to smile at everyone she sees. Pam loves to make us laugh. She and Frank (passed) have two children with three grandchildren and another on the way.
Pam's favorite thing to do is walk and walk and walk some more, so this is a serious life change. She had so much energy it is hard to rest or walk without assistance. She will be waiting for months for her prosthetic leg. She needs 24-hour assistance, medical equipment, medication that insurance does not cover, ramps, rails, modifications to her car when she is well enough, a chair that lifts her up to stand, and so much more. Pam is finding it hard to pay her bills with this unexpected health issue and additional costs. Pam is the first one to help her family and is always there for us. Pam's cousin Linda (my sister) came from Arkansas to be there and care for Pam.
How you can help:
- Donate to the fundraiser and share it with your network.
- Spread the word on social media and encourage others to support Pam's recovery and change of life.
- Keep Pam, her children, and grandchildren in your thoughts and prayers.
Your generosity and support mean the world to Pam and her family. Together, we can make a difference in Pam's life and help her get back on her feet again.
Thank you for your kindness and compassion.
