Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to you today on behalf of Pam Gordon, my children's Gigi (grandmother). Last night, July 6th, her home caught fire and burned for over 2 hours. Pam, Erin, Tina and the grandkids were home last night and made it out safely. However, this morning a hotspot caught fire again and burned the remainder of her home. This resulted in a total loss of her home & everything she owned. Since the unexpected passing of her dear beloved husband, Wayne Gordon, due to a heart attack, Pam has been living on a fixed income & with the recent increase in homeowner's insurance, she was unable to keep coverage on their home. So, Pam is not only coping with the emotional trauma of losing everything she owned, but she's also a widow who did not have home insurance to cover such an unforeseen disaster. Now, with only the clothes on her back, a heart heavy with grief, and no insurance, she must move on. All funds will go directly to Pam for her to use as needed towards temporary housing, daily essentials, clothing, furniture, other immediate needs, appliances & hopefully a permanent housing solution.
