Dear friends and family-

We all know all too well that life isn't fair. While certain angry and evil people thrive and good and kind people who bring light into the world fall victim to disease is a matter only God can answer-and he's not saying. If he was, we would ask him why Pam is once agin waging a battle we all thought she had already won. Few had soldiered on so intrepidly or with such grace, or more beautifully rocked bald the way Pam did. she single-handedly transformed the chemo experience from grim to joyful, with music and laughter with friends.

Because she and her team have been vigilant, the prospects this time are far better, though some of her treatment will now require long stints in Seattle and Bozeman. What she needs now is is our love and positive energy that matches hers-what she doesn't need is the added stress of how to pay for travel, meals, and lodging.
