My name is Ann O'Harrow and I am raising money for my sister-in-law and long time friend, who has been diagnosed with Chronic T-cell LGLL.
Anyone who is blessed enough to know Pam James can tell you how much she loves people and animals, how beautiful she is both inside and out and how strong and resilient she is. She lives and shares her faith everyday and is a true example of strength and grace through difficulty.
On October 5, 2020, she was given the heartbreaking diagnosis of Chronic T-cell Large granular lymphotic leukemia. Honestly, I don't know how I would have handled that kind of news, but her response was not surprising. First, she tells us, her family, what the doctors say her life expectancy with this disease could be, but then says "I serve a God bigger than cancer in my bloodstream and the odds". WOW! She amazes and inspires me.
Unfortunately, before she could begin any type of treatment she had to be hospitalized for high fevers and while there, developed pneumonia. In spite of this new challenge, her positive outlook and faith in God's healing has not wavered.
I realize many are struggling with their own challenges, especially due to CoVid. However, I am asking for help for my long-time friend and sister-in-law. My brother is doing everything possible to care for her while trying to keep them afloat financially. They need help to afford the medical treatments she needs and to keep them in their home. Anything you can give will help and mean more than you could know. Thank you from all those who know and love Pam. God bless you.
