Help Pam & Jackson recover from Hurricane Ian!

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am Dory Vargas, and my father, Jackson Maynard and step-mother Pam endured a terrifying experience surviving Hurricane Ian in Fort Myers on Wed. Sept, 28 2022. Within 5 min, water rushed into their one-story condo up to their countertop. They did not know when the water would stop rising. They tried to get into the attic but couldn't. It was frightening! Thankfully, the water stopped rising. They spent hours floating on a mattress. All appliances and their belongings floated all around them and blocked the door. Their cars and condo are completely destroyed. By Thursday night, thanks to Diego with incredible friends in Miami with a monster truck, we were able to rescue them from this horrific, toxic canal and sewage water. They are now safe with us in Orlando as they try to figure out what to do next. Many friends and family have asked us to create this GoFundMe account to help contribute to their needs, so we have answered the call. All funds will go directly to Pam & Jackson Maynard and will be used to help them rebuild their lives however they need. Any amount is appreciated!
