Help Pam and Dale Recover After Triadelphia, West Virginia Flood
We’re raising funds to assist Pam and Dale Pumpa following the devastating flash flood that struck Triadelphia on Saturday, June 14.
As the floodwaters surged through their neighborhood, Pam—who has Cerebral Palsy and uses a wheelchair—was swept away along with her husband, Dale, and their courageous neighbors, Rodger and Chuck, who were trying to help her reach safety. As Pam struggled beneath the muddy water, she began to lose hope. She prayed. Just as she felt she couldn’t hold on any longer, God answered, a hand reached through the water and pulled her out. That hand belonged to Chuck.
Pam is truly an inspiration. I can say that with love and pride—because I’m her big sister. Despite her physical challenges, she’s always lived with strength, spirit, and determination. I know she’ll face this hardship with the same courage.
Dale has been battling a chronic illness and is scheduled for another surgery in the coming weeks. This flood has added to an already difficult time for them both.
Their home sustained serious damage. They lost their garage, workshop, truck, most of their belongings, and Pam’s electric wheelchair.
We are incredibly thankful for the clothing and medical equipment that kind people have already provided—your support has been a blessing.
If you’re able, please consider donating to help Pam and Dale through this overwhelming time. Every contribution matters, and your kindness means more than words can express.
