Dear friends and animal lovers,

I am reaching out to you on behalf of my dear coworker Claudia and her beloved dog, Paloma. Paloma is not just a pet; she is a cherished member of Claudia's family, loved by her husband and three children. Unfortunately, Paloma is currently facing serious health challenges.

Recently, she was diagnosed with ehrlichia, and an ultrasound revealed that she also has pancreatitis. Pancreatitis in dogs is a severe condition characterized by inflammation of the pancreas, which can be acute (sudden and potentially life-threatening) or chronic.

To add to Paloma’s struggles, she was diagnosed with skin cancer three years ago, but she has been stable since then. Despite these obstacles, she continues to bring joy and love to her family.

The medical expenses for Paloma's treatment are significant, and we are seeking to raise 20,000 pesos to help cover her veterinary bills. Any funds raised beyond the target will be donated to Acre Dogs, an organization dedicated to helping dogs in need.
