From Palanda Chris: “My name is Palanda Chris, and I’m a proud member of the Uganda Lacrosse National Team. I’m also a final-year student in secondary school, but my family’s situation has made it difficult for me to afford my school fees.

A Family’s Struggle

My father was recently operated on for prostate cancer and had to take out a loan to cover his medical expenses. As a result, his salary is now being deducted to pay off the loan, leaving him with little to no money to support me and my siblings.
