Help Paige and Junior Heal After Losing Alanna-Rae

Hello Family and Friends,

As I’m sure many of you have seen, my sister Paige and Junior lost their baby girl at just 21 weeks and 4 days. At just 9 weeks the baby was suspected to have Turner Syndrome which can be fatal if progressed. Paige was given the options to terminate, or to let her fight the big fight. Due to Paige’s faith she never once questioned God’s purpose and plan in their lives. Termination was never an option in her book. Paige and Junior continued to rely on their faith in God and each week got a little easier.

Paige started feeling sick Saturday night with a bad cough that was causing abdominal pain. Junior and Paige decided to go to the hospital Sunday and things took an unexpected turn. The doctor and sonographer at the hospital both unfortunately could not find a heartbeat. Paige was transferred by ambulance Sunday afternoon to deliver precious Alanna-Rae.

Alanna-Rae made her appearance early Tuesday morning at 4:55 AM into the arms of Jesus. She was so beautiful, too beautiful for Earth. Even after her arrival Paige continued to rejoice in the fact that she is with Jesus and they never lost their faith.

Due to all the specialist appointments and regular appointments Paige no longer has any Paid time off and Junior is not eligible for Paid time off until September.

Paige’s doctor asked her to take at least six weeks of work off to recover both physically, and mentally. Junior will be going back to work Monday.

If you feel led in your heart to help Paige and Junior during the most difficult times in their lives, please do so but please do not feel obligated.
