Paige made history during her first wrestling season at Ventura High School, winning 40 varsity matches (34 by pin). She also became the first freshman in school history to place at the CIF Southern Section Championships and qualify for the Girls Masters Tournament. She was just three matches away from qualifying for the state tournament, despite having wrestled for less than a year at that point.

It was an amazing season, but Paige knows she still has a long way to go if she wants to make it all the way and she has dedicated herself completely. Between her high school and club practices she wrestles up to 3 hours per day and lifts weights 6 days per week while also competing in off-season tournaments (sometimes two) on the weekends.

Paige also volunteers to help coach the VUSD middle school wrestling program and does all of this while maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA in school.

Paige has big dreams for next season and beyond. She will do whatever it takes to achieve them, but she needs your help. Tournament entry fees, gym memberships, wrestling camps, travel (including possible out of state elite tournaments and camps), private training and countless other expenses add up quickly and the clock is ticking as next season rapidly approaches.
