HELP PACO WALK
Paco is an 8 month old "Pixar-movie-loving" rescue who loves chewing on toys and being challenged by tricks.
At about 3 months old he was found on the side of the road unconscious and paralyzed in the hind legs, most likely due to a traumatic injury. For the past 5 months Paco has gone through rehabilitation and has shown great progress, but healing takes time.
When he first started rehab, Paco couldn't even stand on his own for more than a few seconds without support; he had very minimal feeling in his toes in his hind limbs and now he is able to stand on his own and is taking steps by himself with a support harness. He now walks on a treadmill for his lunch and dinner with minor assistance, but the road to full mobility is tough and expensive.
Here is where you come in! With a little more time and help from his team, we are confident and hopeful that Paco will be able to walk on his own. Your contribution will go towards his physical therapy, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, gait training, and behavioral training.
All of these measures will ensure less pain, more strength, and will give Paco the chance to face life with all four feet firmly on the ground.
Any contributions are greatly appreciated and will be used to fund rehabilitation and have a great roll in helping Paco find a forever home.
All donations for Paco will go to his rescue, Bean's Beagle, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. For those interested, your donations are tax-deductible!
