Pacman was recued from the streets of North Cyprus by Altin Patiler; as you can see he did not do well living on the streets, he was skin and bone. He has Leishmania, which is being treated and has put on a little weight but is emotionally still suffering; he needs lots of TLC to enable him to live a long and happy life, Altin Petiler have been unable to find him a foster home to give him the TLC he needs to recover quickly, he has today gone to private kennels and at long last left the small cage he has been living in at the vets.

Unfortunately, he is also petrified of men , so trying to find a suitable foster or forever home has not been easy....... Dog's like Pacman, who are scarred both physically and mentally, struggle to get any offers, he is not a dog most people want!

BUT...........Pacman has only gone and done it!!!!!! he has found a lady who can give him that home and all the TLC he needs in the UK; unfortunately, she does not have the finances to cover the whole amount and Hope 4 Pets North Cyprus want to help get him to his only offer of a home.
