I am currently a 4th year undergraduate student attending the University of Connecticut studying Electrical Engineering. I adopted Pack on my 21st birthday back in November, and he has been the best dog anyone could ever ask for and my best friend. He is so well behaved and is the best emotional support anyone could ask for.  When I first met Pack to pick him up, it was love at first sight. He adored the back scratches I gave him, and from there we never separated.

Some time around January, Pack injured his leg and couldn’t walk on it properly. He was limping and was clearly in pain, which broke my heart. Scheduling an appointment with a vet took some time and he injured his leg even more attempting to jump on higher surfaces than he could handle. When the vet took X-Rays, they found that Pack had a dislocated hip which couldn’t be normally set back like with humans. 

Pack has finally gotten the orthopedic surgery he needed so that he can walk properly again one day. With everything happening recently, my financial situation isn’t in the greatest spot so I was able to formulate a payment plan with the Animal Hospital, but I am having trouble keeping up with the expenses of Packs surgery. I know the goal is asking for a lot but I don’t expect to reach it, anything is appreciated.
