After years of suffering, Pablo has finally been diagnosed with Benign Muscular Fasciculation Syndrome (BFS). This is a seizure disorder that very difficult to diagnose and impacts the entire body. Spending years living through seizures has taken a toll on Pablo’s physical health and years of doctors minimizing the pain and agony has taken a toll on Pablo’s mental health.

Supporting the Pablo and the Bailey family means they are getting help with:

⁃ medical bills like medications and doctor’s visits. Pablo’s neurologist is at UCSF, a 3+ hour drive away

⁃ mortgage and utility payments. Now that they are a single income household, larger bills are challenging to pay

Pablo has spent years supporting others through activism and mentoring students, teachers, and colleagues. It’s our turn to give and support Pablo.
