Ozzy Osborn Ferguson is more than just a pet—he’s a loving, intuitive companion who has touched the lives of everyone he meets. Ozzy has always been in tune with people’s emotions, offering comfort and affection when it’s needed most. When my mother was dying of cancer, Ozzy was by her side, loving on her and licking my tears. His gentle spirit and intelligence make him a natural therapy dog, and he brings joy to everyone around him.

Recently, I discovered some tumors on Ozzy and took him to the vet, where a biopsy revealed he has malignant mast cell tumors. On top of this, Ozzy has a heart murmur and needs additional care to ensure he’s healthy enough for surgery. His pre-operation labs have already been completed, and he is scheduled for surgery on January 22. After surgery, Ozzy will also need to see an oncologist to continue his fight against cancer. The journey ahead is daunting, both emotionally and financially. The funds raised will go directly toward his pain medication, antibiotics, surgery, lab work to confirm that all the cancer has been removed, and his upcoming oncology visits.
