It is with great sadness that I share the heartbreaking news that Oz Alfaro, known to many of us as "Ozzie," passed away yesterday after leaving work. It appears he suffered a heart attack.

Ozzie leaves behind his wife and their 7-year-old daughter. He was recruited to join us by Josh Mills from Mercedes Benz of Boerne, where he had already established a reputation as an exceptional Master Technician who also had JLR experience—someone who could fix anything and was always willing to lend a hand. Please accept my deepest condolences. Ozzie was not only a talented technician but also a valued colleague and friend to many. He will be truly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
