Help Oxford Tango Festival

Dear friends and participants of the Oxford Tango Festival, 

Sadly we are forced to cancel our VIII Edition of our Festival which was set to happen in April 17th, 18th and 19th. 
We believe that having our festival would be not safe and healthy for our participants, and your well-being is our first priority. 
We are determinate to refund in full to the people that have booked with us, as we feel strongly that it is our responsibility to do so. 
However we are also committed to respond to other expenses such us: some percentage of room hiring agreed to use, transport that won't refund us (flights, trains) and some expenses to the artists.
For this motive we are asking for your help, in order to be able to deliver all our responsibility  to all the parts involved in order to be able to re organise again the VIII Oxford Tango Festival when this is all over.
