Owusu Anokye is a relatively young but dynamic and passionate man who has served humanity both in his country of birth, Ghana and the United States for more than half his lifetime as a registered nurse.

He was diagnosed with CHOLANGIOCARCINOMA in January 2024. He underwent a LIVER RESSECTION AND EIGHT ROUNDS OF CHEMOTHERAPY at the MISSION CANCER AND BLOOD hospital, in Des Moines. Unfortunately, new and more aggressive cancer cells have been found in the LUNGS. He has been referred to the University of Iowa Hospital. Owusu Anokye is a family man and not being able to work for the whole of 2024, coupled with medical and non-medical bills, has brought a big toll on himself and the entire family.
