Help Owen get the treatment he needs and deserves
Donation protected
Our cousin Owen Ebanks from back Flagaman in St. Elizabeth Jamaica, has suffered a lot in the past year from a stroke to the loss of his mother and now he is fighting a rare condition. We are trying to raise the funds so he can get the help he needs to treat a rare blood disorder, only one in 2 million have this disorder.
Owen has Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) which is a rare, acquired, life-threatening disease of the blood characterized by destruction of red blood cells by the complement system, a part of the body's innate immune system.
He has so much more to give to the world and the community. He deserves to live without worry about what his condition will have in store for him, he deserves to have a good quality of life. The medication he requires to help subside his symptoms is Soliris. Solaris is one of the most expensive medications in the WORLD! He would need this medication given to him at leased twice a month by injection under the care of doctor. It is only available in the USA.
We are raising the funds to make sure he can receive that treatment and care in the USA, 100% of the received donations will go towards the medical visa application, flights, accommodations and ongoing medication for Owen to have a better quality of life!
Please help us by donating anything you can we will all be grateful. We hope to raise at least half of the funds within the next 2 months.
