Help Owen get a Golden Service ‍ Dogg

Hello,

My name is Sharon. I am opening a fund for my son Owen. As many may already know, Owen has had to endure many challenges over these past few years. Recently undergone brain decompression surgery at Toronto Sick Kids (who were phenomenal ) and has successfully recovered. Donations, love and support ❤ were genuinely heartfelt and appreciated more than words can express.

 

Owen is a special boy. He is highly energetic, has ADHD, Autism, MID (developmental delay), and Chiari abnormality brain warrior.

My dream for this young boy (who is quickly growing into a teenager) is always to feel loved. What better way than to do this with a compassionate dog a Golden Retriever Service Dog ‍ and to also help him through his daily struggles!? So, I'm throwing this out there, hoping for financial support to make this wish finally happen! Through much searching, I have finally found a certified trainer willing to help with this dream. Of course, this comes with patience and money to ensure we find the right matching dog for our dear Owen. Since the pandemic, it's been almost impossible to make this happen as the costs have shot right up. Whatever you can donate, please know we truly appreciate all of your help! I know in the end, Owen will too!
