Help Owen Battle Leukemia

Hello, My name is Jordan Bryan (Hansen). Sister to Tyler and auntie to Owen.

Owen Hansen (Tyler and Sierra Hansen’s son) is just five years old — full of imagination, energy, and love. He loves playing with his little brother and being surrounded by the people who love him most.

In April 2025, Owen was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) — a rare and aggressive form of cancer. He was admitted to Alberta Children’s Hospital, and within a matter of hours, his family’s world changed completely.

Treatment for AML is long and intense. Owen is expected to spend months in the hospital, receiving powerful chemotherapy and possibly undergoing a bone marrow transplant. He will face painful procedures, immune system challenges, and time away from home, play, and the normal rhythms of childhood.

His parents, Tyler and Sierra, are doing everything they can to stay strong for Owen and his younger brother — all while Sierra is also expecting their 3rd child this summer with a high risk pregnancy. The emotional, physical, and financial weight of this journey is immense.
