Hi, my name is Owen and I need to raise $2,500 by August 20 to stop an eviction and secure stable housing.

• The remaining $740 goes towards a deposit, groceries and moving costs for a safer place.

Why I fell behind

After flash floods damaged my car (my only way to get to work), I lost reliable transportation and income. That set me back two months on rent, caused me to face food insecurity and unstable housing right before the semester begins.

About me

I’m 21, disabled, gay, and trans and have been supporting myself financially ever since I left my home at age 16 due to abuse. I don’t have family I can turn to for support and my hope is that with community help, I can clear this debt and move toward safety and stability.
