Help Overcome Trauma from Motorcycle Crash

So chances are you or someone you know, knows me. I've always been an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, or a voice to make you laugh. I recently had a pretty bad motorcycle accident on June 14th. I was in the ICU for 10 days and a rehabilitation center for over half a month and ongoing Physical, Occupational and cognitive therapy. In that time, I began my first steps to both physical and mental recovery.

I am recovering from a Traumatic Brain Injury with two brain bleeds, a broken shoulder blade, 12 broken ribs, a flailing chest wound with a punctured lung, and two collapsed lungs: one of which was punctured, a fractured pelvic girdle in two places, a lacerated liver and spleen, a compound fracture of my left leg, not to mention the amount of road rash. I know this could sound like a bit much, but with the support of the community, I will make it through this.

As a result of the accident, I have been out of work since June and will remain off work until at least late October or early November. Anything you can donate would help prevent me from losing my car and incurring a tremendous amount of fees with the utility department and other expenses, including the need for cat litter and food for my fur babies.
