Help Overcome Surgery and Financial Strain

Hi friends and family - it is very difficult for me to publicly ask for help but due to my situation, I felt the need to.

I have aggressive PCOS and Endometriosis. It has caused me severe pain for the better part of my life, and has recently gotten much worse. My OBGYN has been monitoring me, and doing an ultrasound every 6 months to monitor the cysts on my ovaries. For years, the cysts were small and hardly growing. Last month at a routine ultrasound, my OBGYN told me my right ovary had multiple growths, the cysts had tripled in size, and the growths he was unsure what they even were. He also said my endometriosis was taking over my uterus. He suggested surgery right away, as my ovary is looking like it has an unknown growth (tumor) on it, and that it likely has shut down and isn’t working. He is also going to remove as much endometriosis as he can. Due to the nature of the surgery, I will have to take a minimum of 2 weeks off of work, my OBGYN suggested a month, but financially I truly can’t afford to even take the 2 weeks off - which is why I made a GofundMe to hopefully offset the loss of income while I recover. My surgery is scheduled for February 17th, my appointment was a few weeks ago but it has taken me time to process - It has been very emotional because so much is unknown until after surgery.
