Just about three nights ago I had a bad fall because my disabled situation broken some ribs and they're telling me I have blood in my lungs now I'm currently in Savannah Hospital I could use some help getting back to Okatie South Carolina when they release me they insisted that I come here to Savannah Hospital from the emergency room that I went to and South Carolina I need a little help with my co-pays and other small expenses I rather be working and taking care of myself but I'm in a tight spot like the theme says I'm just looking for a little hand up if you could please help with just some small donations it would be a great help I wish I could articulate myself in a better way ever I'm just in a lot of pain right now I do have things in the works so hopefully will improve my situation like I said just looking for some spare change thank you for your consideration God bless peace Chuck Morris
