My story is unique to me and affects me daily. In February, I found out I had an infection in my right foot which needed amputation. Besides that, I needed a port put in so I could start dialysis. I have been in the hospital and rehabilitation center since. It has been a bear with my foot healing, but it's happening, just a lot slower than I thought. Well, I was checked out by my podiatrist and she gave the okay to put some weight on it and start walking.

So every day, I use a walker to stand and do my workout. I had family, but they are dealing with their own medical issues.

In the 7 months I have been here, it’s been challenging to say the least. Especially since I got a visit from the administrator and her group of 5 with her dog, who she says is an emotional support animal. The ones I’ve seen, the support animal is well trained. This one yaps all day and then uses the hallway as its personal toilet. This broad threatened to take my medical away.

As you can see, I just want out of here as fast as allowed.

Right now, I’m looking at a bill of $12,000 and rising. I don’t ask for help very much, but I really need some help. Any amount will do. I just want to stay above water.
