Help Overcome Medical and Living Costs

I had a seizure and I have lost legal use of my left arm for the past 4 months. I'm falling behind on medical bills, food, and normal necessities and haven't been able to work since then. I'm hopefully going to have a surgery soon but do not have the funds to make it that far.
