I’m living with End-Stage Renal Disease (Stage 5 kidney failure) — a terminal condition that requires

longer, but the cost — physically, emotionally, and financially — is overwhelming. I’m currently waiting

for a kidney transplant, and the journey is long, uncertain, and extremely expensive. Between

hospital stays, medications, transportation, and the daily strain of dialysis, the burden on my family has

become immense. My wife has become my full-time caregiver, holding everything together while we
