Help Overcome Job Loss and Mental Health Struggles

Hello. I've never done something like this before, and I feel kind of terrible trying it. I feel guilty having to resort to this. I recently and unexpectedly lost my job due to a denial of my doctor's note for a medical leave of absence for mental health. My leave was for my OCD, depression, panic disorder, and agoraphobia. Keeping a job is not very easy for me due to said conditions. I had this job for about 7 months, and I was really proud of myself for having kept it. However, I got to a point where I almost had a breakdown every day and almost quit. So I explained to my doctor if I could just get a few days, 6 exactly, off, I could recuperate and start new once I returned. Unfortunately, my note was denied after I had already taken the days off (as I was instructed to), and this led to my termination.

So now, I'm asking for a little bit to be able to pay my rent and get a cheap computer for a remote job. I fear that I'm at my mental capacity for retail and fast food, and I'm afraid of the outcome on my mental health if I continue jobs like this. I have a few interviews lined up for insurance sales and Medicare sales, and they so far seem interested in me from previous short calls setting up my interviews. This could be my opportunity to not only have a job I will enjoy and stick with, but also one I can do full-time for the first time. I could make a better living and get licenses through training that could set me up for future opportunities if need be.

I'm guiltily hoping for just a little bit of help. And if I need to, I have no problem paying people back once I'm able to get back on my feet.
