Help Overcome Isolation and Chronic Pain

I’m reaching out to share my story and ask for support as I work towards improving both my physical and mental health. While I’m not actively searching for a job at the moment, I’m focused on finding a way to regain some independence, especially through remote work. In the meantime, I am in urgent need of medication and care that I can’t currently afford. This is a long and challenging process, but I’m determined to rebuild my life.

The Loss of My Dream Car, and the Struggle with Mobility

My dream car, once a symbol of independence, has been sold. Without it, I’m stuck at home, unable to go anywhere. I have no mobility, and my body aches from the lack of movement. This has worsened my isolation—without the car, I can’t meet people or attend events that could help boost my morale. The money raised will go towards supporting my search for a remote job and for attending events or shows to break my isolation and improve my mental state.

Ongoing Pain from Work Injury

I’m also dealing with an injury sustained at my last job, along with chronic pain in my ankle, neck, and back. The physical discomfort I’m in adds to the emotional weight of daily life. While I’ve recently gained insurance in early 2025, I’m still in the process of getting my physical and mental health treated. It’s a long road, and I’m currently working on making progress, but it’s a slow journey.

THC as My Only Relief

At the moment, THC is my only form of relief for both physical and mental pain. However, with limited funds—since I haven’t been able to work for almost a year—maintaining a consistent supply of THC has been incredibly difficult. I spend my days helping with cleaning tasks at home to stay somewhat active, but it doesn’t provide any income to cover essential medications or treatments.

The Loss of My Fiancé

In April, I lost my fiancé, who was my source of stability and hope. His death has left a huge hole in my life, and navigating my struggles without him has been incredibly difficult.

Isolation and Barriers to Connection

To make matters worse, I’m completely isolated with no nearby friends or support network. I’ve also faced being banned from most major apps (Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, PNK, Snapchat) due to malicious reports, leaving me unable to connect with others or find people nearby who I can rely on. These bans have only intensified my feelings of loneliness and disconnection.

Struggles with Mental Health

Alongside everything else, I continue to battle severe depression and mental health struggles. The lack of mobility, chronic pain, and isolation make these issues even harder to deal with. I’m working on getting the support I need as I wait for my insurance to kick in, but this journey is a slow and painful one.
