Ava, the beautiful & kind soul, is in a tragic situation right now.

Ava lost her home 4 months ago (end of January) and she is HOMELESS.

As much as she was trying and trying, she found no place to stay and no money to afford a place to call home. She was locked out from her apartment by a sherif. She ended up that day on the street with what she was wearing and what she had in her car. The only thing Ava allowed to get her medications. 10 days later she got permission to get her possessions out of the apartment, under the supervision of the building manager and the security guy supervision in a limited time frame. You can imagine how stressful it is..

• Ava was kicked out of her home, she had been renting and paying the full rent last for 24 YEARS the last year, due to her disability she couldn’t pay the rent.

• Ava has zero criminal record and never abused any legal/illegal substances.

• Ava is a disabled woman who has been fighting her disability benefits for almost two years now. In the eyes of the government she is “not sick enough”, even though she suffers from severe mental and physical health issues .

• Ava is going through a SSD APPEAL right now (she was denied the original claim)

• Ava has no family/friends/back up to help her in this struggle, except YOU, THE COMMUNITY. The government and ALL other non profit organizations FAILED in helping AVA, in spite of her everyday effort and communication with them - including the LA Mayor, Senator and Congressman offices.

The ultimate goal for Ava is to be able to have a safe place, she can call home and where she would be able to start taking care of her needs & get a job and thrive !
