Help Overcome Cervical Cancer's Financial Burden
Donation protected
In May 2024 I was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the cervix. I had to have CTs, MRI, PET Scan, and two biopsies done to make sure my cancer hadn't advanced further. I'm now finally on a treatment plan which will consist of 6 weeks of chemotherapy. After those 6 weeks are completed, I will be moved onto another type of chemotherapy for 5 weeks and have to do 25 external radiations during these 5 weeks. After that is completed, I will then need 4-5 sessions of internal radiation to complete my treatment plan. This is going to be a huge financial burden on me. Currently I'm trying to work while going through treatment at the same time, but I've also had to slow down and miss a lot of work as well because of how the chemotherapy makes me feel. I know once I start chemo/radiation together I will probably not be able to work near as much during that time and will need more time to recover. I appreciate anyone who took the time to read this, help, share, pray, whatever you can as I navigate through his journey.
