Diana has been fighting cancer since 2017. She is a fighter and tried her best to overcome this scary health challenge. This has been a really long and difficult road for her. She has had every intention of beating cancer. Unfortunately, sometimes cancer just can't be beat.
She has touched so many as she has been a geography high school teacher at San Angelo High School for about 20 years. She just retired in 2020 because of her cancer has gotten more agressive and the threat of Covid-19.
-Diana and her class showing their support in 2018
Mike, her husband, was a truck driver for 30 years. He stopped driving to spend more time with Diana and to take care of her as her health started to decline. Recently Mike had a heart attack and is doing his best to continue to take care of her and Diana's little brother Dave who has Downs. With the CV19 and his own recent health conditions, he is no longer able to work.
-Mike showing support by shaving his head.
Diana will be admitted to hospice care at home. The donations that are given will help take care of daily necessities and will also relieve some financial stress related to medical bills.
-Brandon, Teresa, Roman, Cole, Diana, Dave, and Mike
They never expected to be in this situation. They've always been hard workers and never ask anyone for help. If you are able to help out with a donation even $5 - $10 to show them you are thinking of them and support them in any way that would mean the world them!
