Ashley has been out of work since November 4th. On that day she was experiencing excruciating back pain. Having no idea what the problem was, she was admitted to hospital. Her neurosurgeon ended up needing to perform a laminectomy.

Laminectomy is surgery that creates space by removing bone spurs and tissues associated with arthritis of the spine. It usually involves removing a small piece of the back part of the small bones of the spine. Laminectomy enlarges the spinal canal to relieve pressure on the spinal cord or nerves.

She is expected to be out of work for an undetermined amount of time while she recovers from surgery & rehabs. Funds raised from this will help offset her bills and cost of living while she is unable to work.
