Nick was diagnosed with a very rare form of leukemia in mid-February and experienced a lengthy hospital stay during which he could not work. Unfortunately, Nick was ineligible for unemployment or disability benefits. Now while undergoing consolidation treatments, he has had many unexpected hospital stays due to related fevers and similar issues.
