Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out to our community, family and friends for help and support for my twin sister,Natasha Crew who has sadly suffered a serious knee injury she has torn her ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) in her right knee while playing football — the sport she’s loved since she was a little girl.

Football has always been a huge part of her life. She’s been kicking a ball around since she could walk, she is the proud captain of our womens team at Weston Super Mare Afc. She’s the kind of person who gives 100% every single game, always encouraging others and putting her heart into everything she does — on and off the pitch.

Unfortunately, this injury has stopped her in her tracks. She now needs ACL reconstruction surgery to repair her knee and get her mobility back. The NHS waiting list is currently 12-18months .To prevent long-term damage and get her back on her feet and back to work as quickly as possible, she’s having to go through private treatment.

The surgery, scans, and post-op physiotherapy come to around £11,000 which is a huge financial burden for her to face alone. We’re trying to raise as much as possible to help cover the costs and make sure she can focus fully on recovery,

Anyone who knows Tash knows how dedicated, kind, and strong she is. She’s the one always cheering everyone else on — now it’s our turn to cheer her on and help her get back to doing what she loves most.
